What This Means for You
This update impacts all customers currently utilizing a SendSafely Legacy subscription plan. This includes customers who started with SendSafely prior to March 2023, and who have not yet updated to a new Teams, Business, or Enterprise plan. To determine which plan you are on, please reference either your SendSafely invoice or monthly credit card statement.
If you find you are on a Legacy subscription plan, you’ll have the opportunity to upgrade to our modern Teams, Business, or Enterprise plans. The updated plans are tiered to match your organization size and encryption needs. Additional benefits of upgrade include enhanced security features, integrations, and customer support. Customers who have already renewed their annual Legacy subscriptions will not be affected until 2026.
